Crap
Crap ...
Sometimes, the best things in life turn to crap.
Fall in love? Before you know it ... crap.
Have a best friend for life? Next thing you know ... crap.
Love your job? Whoops ... you're downsized ... crap.
Sometimes I think if you weighed all the good things against all the bad things in life, the scales would tip the way of crap.
What's the deal?
Why are we so prone to be the victims of rejection, dejection, insurrection, and crap collection?
No one ever wants to fail, and yet we fail again and again. It's like we just can't get things right. Even when we think — "Aha ... this is what I was looking for!" — the next thing we know is that what we thought we were looking for wasn't what we were looking for at all. Just more of the same old crap.
I know, I know ... I'm being overly negative here, but we all need a moan and groan day every so often.
Yes, there are good times in everyone's life. I'm almost 89% sure that is true.
I just don't understand why we have to wade through the mud to get to that "happy place," which we all seem to want so much.
