                                   send me a dozen loves,
                       long stemmed,
                                                           doesn’t matter what colour
            i promise to put them in a vase

                                                          or, cripes, put your love in a cone,
                                    rocky road,
                                                           cookie dough,
                       neapolitan
                                               strawberry shortcake swirl,
           i’ll even take vanilla.

 a note, a card, how about your electricity bill?
